Memorialize your favorite character, your family, or your adventuring party with a custom, epic stained glass window style art piece.
Each stained glass window style illustration is hand painted digitally using Procreate.
Size varies depending on the frame style but resolution is always 300dpi with PNG or JPEG file type.
This listing is for a digital download of stained glass style illustration. No physical product will be sent. This is not a physical stained glass window.

What about companions (animal or machine)?
You may include one simple companion per character in your window for the given price. If you would like the companion to be fully rendered with the same level of detail as your character, then please consider them an additional character in the piece.
Timeframe:
How long it takes to complete your stained glass window commission depends on the complexity of your design. A simple window can be completed in as little as 3 weeks. A complex window can take up to 3 months. If you have a specific deadline you are trying to hit, please make a note on your questionnaire. Express options are available for an additional cost.
How to secure your commission:
- Place your order (you will receive an email order confirmation)
- Please use an email that you check regularly!
- On your order confirmation email, click the link to download your questionnaire
- Fill out the questionnaire and email it to Sunshadeau Arts
- You must provide detailed descriptions of the characters and/or high quality reference photos (the more info you provide, the better)
- I will create a basic sketch of the characters/layout to ensure we are on the same page (typically 1-2 weeks from receipt of your questionnaire) that you will receive via email
- You may make one round of alterations for free at this stage (additional alterations may incur further fees)
- Once you approve your sketch, I will create line art and a basic color profile of the finished piece. This will be emailed to you for approval. (The timeline for this stage will vary greatly depending on the complexity of your window. A simple window can be as sort as a week, a large window can take up to two months.)
- You may make one round of alterations for free at this stage (additional alterations may incur further fees)
- Once you approve this art, no further alterations are allowed.
- Once you approve your line art and color profile. I will complete the piece. You will receive your digital window file via email. (This phase typically takes 1-2 weeks depending on complexity).
- If you chose to have Sunshadeau Arts send a physical print of your order, print production can take up to 3 weeks depending on the size and type of print (not included in commission price)
Cancelations/Refunds:
- You may cancel and receive a full refund if you have not yet emailed me your questionnaire
- Once you have sent your questionnaire, you can only receive a 50% refund with cancellation during the sketching phase
- Once you have approved your sketch, you can only receive a 25% refund with cancellation during the line art phase
- Once you approve your line art and color profile, refunds are no longer available.
